Emulsifying Head (HX):Creates internal convection and sheer force, which disperse the materials evenly, applicable with mid-low viscosity.
High Speed Mixing Blade(SX):Disperse powder evenly, makes materials in dispersed phase before grinding.
Teflon Scraper (AX):Decrease residues on tank walls, and makes dispersion more evenly, especially for high viscosity materials.
- Paddle Blade (PX):Suitable for handling low-viscosity slurries, materials with poor stability, or those requiring fine dispersion. Provides a stable, mild shear force that does not damage the material properties. When used with high-viscosity materials, it helps promote fluid exchange between top and bottom layers.
High Speed Mixing Blade+ Teflon Scraper / Emulsifying Head+ Teflon Scraper (HA):The teflon scraping blades can be used in combination with any mixing blades to achieve the best blending effect (suitable for tanks of 100L or more).
